Q. What do you mean by “natural products”?
Biosphere products are sourced from natural ingredients and is free from harmful chemicals. There are absolutely no Parabens, no Phthalate, no Triclosan, no Triclocarban. In addition, our products are cruelty-free as we do not use any form of animal testing.
Q. What happens when I schedule an online free consultation?
One of our beauty consultants will connect with you through a video call to better understand your unique skincare needs and any skin issues you would like to resolve. She will recommend the most suitable products for your skin as well as an appropriate skincare routine. She will answer any questions you may have and will help you in getting your products ordered and shipped. Our consultants will be available to answer any questions you may have after your purchase or if your skincare needs change.
Q. What happens in a face-to-face consultation?
If there is a beauty consultant in your area, she will schedule a convenient time to meet you in the comfort of your home. She will ask you about any skin issues you would like to resolve, identify your unique skincare needs and recommend the most suitable products as well as an appropriate skincare routine. As a thank you, she will offer you a free facial so you can experience the Biosphere difference. Our consultants will be available to answer any questions you may have after your purchase or if your skincare needs change.
Q. I tend to get allergic reactions from most skincare products, will your products help me?
Most of our products are note derived from and do not contain common allergens such as wheat, barley, and milk. However, due to the wide range of raw materials used in our production facilities we cannot guarantee that our products will be gluten-free. If you typically have allergic reactions to skincare products, please contact us for a free consultation so we can help recommend the safest products for you.
Q. I am pregnant, can I still use your products?
Yes, our products are safe to use while pregnant and breast feeding, however, we always recommend a check with your doctor in case they advise you to avoid certain ingredients. Also, as an extra precaution, we usually advise pregnant women to avoid using serums.
